So, what is this good for? It will tell you how well does a particular tower perform against MOABs, in a single normalized value. The last column in the table says how much money you would have to spend on copies of this tower to achieve 1dmg per frame to the MOAB. In other words, if you have a tower that costs $1000 and does 1 dmg to MOAB every 5 frames, you will need 5 such towers to achieve 1 dmg per frame, so the total cost will be $5000.
Village 2/1 is assumed. Note that multiple scenarios need to be considered because performance against a single MOAB, against i.e. 4 MOABs out of a BFB and against a real crowd (16 MOABs from a ZOMG or a MOAB rush) will differ from tower to tower due to their different pierce.
Also, towers with multiple attacks need their attacks somehow normalized to the same speed, which means that damage might be expressed as decimal numbers. In some cases, you'll have to make guesses/estimates about the damage (i.e. how much damage will a destroyer do with grapeshot? That depends on distance.)
Note that the damage values per attack are average damage per MOAB in the group per attack. So, for example, a SM with village can hit two MOABs with each dart. Therefore he scores 1 dmg against a single MOAB and 0.5 damage against 4 moabs.
